[H]ow To: Turn Off AI Remix On TikTok
[T]echnology: Type It, Tweak It, Present It
Anthropic dropped something last Friday I've been waiting to tell you about… ⬇️⬇️
Claude Design. Your marketing department… living in a browser tab.
It's not another image generator. This thing builds slide decks, prototypes, and one pagers from a single prompt. You describe what you want, Claude spins up a first draft, and then you just… talk to it. "Make the font bigger." "Swap that blue for warmer tones." "Add our logo to the footer." It keeps iterating until you're happy. 🙂
Why does that matter to us?
Picture this. You land a listing appointment for tomorrow at 6pm and you've got forty minutes to prep between showings. Open a Claude tab, type "build me a 10 slide listing presentation for a 4 bedroom colonial in Beavercreek with our marketing plan, recent comps, and social reach numbers." Boom. Deck done. Need a seller net sheet for the kitchen table? One more prompt. Export straight to PPTX, PDF, or push it into Canva to polish from your iPhone.
It's powered by Claude Opus 4.7 and live in research preview for Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise subscribers.
Here's the real unlock though… design systems.
Quick one time setup. Drop in your logo, brand colors, fonts, a few inspiration images. Hit generate. Now every listing presentation, every net sheet, every buyer packet comes out looking like YOU. Same fonts. Same colors. Same vibe. Consistency is what makes top producers look like top producers, and it's basically free now. 💰
Bonus use case… short animated social clips. 10 to 20 second vertical videos with simple motion that make ONE point. "Why you need a buyer's agent." "The 3 hidden costs of selling." Prompt it, voiceover on your iPhone, post it. Reel done in 15 minutes.
If you've been dragging your feet on real marketing because you're not a "designer"… that excuse just left the building. Build your design system first. Knock out one listing presentation. Save the prompt. You've got a template for the rest of your career.
This is the kind of tool that separates the agents leaning into 2026 from the ones still paying someone $200 a pop for flyers. 💰💰
Since I wrote this, OpenAI launched Images 2.0. I haven’t had a chance to fully test it, but early examples are insane! Stay tuned…

[E]ducation: Three Moments
Yes, I added the screenshot above last minute…it fit too well with this section. Thanks Chris Smith and Andrew Bayon!
Most agents are waiting for their "oh sh*t" moment with AI. 🤬
Mine already happened. Three times.
First one was ChatGPT. December 2022. Sitting there at 11pm thinking wait… if this thing can write, what happens when it can write a contract? What happens when an agent can open an app, say "write an offer on 123 Main Street for $425,000, 20% down, close in 30 days," and the contract just… appears?
That's the night Victoria got sketched out. The first version of what's now ToryOS. Voice to contract. 📣
Second wave was image and video. Midjourney. Sora. Runway. Listing photos staged by AI. Listing videos narrated by AI. Every time I thought "this is the ceiling"… six weeks later the ceiling moved.
But the one that keeps me up at night is the most recent. Conversational intelligence.
Think about what happens when AI knows every conversation you're having. Every buyer call. Every listing appointment. Every "just checking in" text.
Not recording it. Understanding it. Remembering that the buyer you showed houses to in March mentioned her mom is moving in next year, so when a ranch hits in her price range in October, you already know before she does that this is the one.
That's not a feature. That's a different business.👔
And Claude Design in this week's tech section? That's just the marketing department going away (Not you Abby! - she’s already crushing it with AI to help scale). The easy one. Next is the follow up. Then consultation prep. Then contract writing. Then transaction management. Then the conversation layer that ties it all together.
For 15 years you've juggled transaction management, deal writing, client psychology, customer service, marketing, retention, and social media. AI will automate half of that list in the next 18 months (probably sooner).
So here's the uncomfortable question. What are YOU building?
Not using. Not playing with. Building. ⚒️ A follow up system that doesn't need you. A listing presentation that updates itself. A buyer consultation your AI preps for you in 90 seconds. Something that's yours. Something that gets sharper every week while the agent next to you is still writing the same email by hand for the 400th time.
A broker I've never met emailed me Saturday from another state. Not about a listing. About a bug in ToryOS. She was onboarding her agents at 5pm on a Saturday because that's when she had time to think. She's not waiting for her oh shit moment 🤬. She already had hers.
Your oh shit moment is coming. Probably already started. The only thing you get to decide is whether you're building something on the other side of it… or whether you're the agent still writing the same email by hand while someone else's AI closes the deal.
[C]oaching: The Real Question…
…Isn't How She Does $100M With 15 People
Tom Ferry dropped an interview this week with Lourdes Maestres out of Fort Lauderdale. $100 million in volume last year. 120 transactions. Luxury focus, $3M and up.
Watch it here: ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Here's the part everyone's going to talk about. She runs the entire operation with 15 people. Seven agents. Eight staff. Three in the US, the rest working from outside the country. She took 4 months off last year. Skied 22 times. Still hit $100 million.
Lean. Efficient. Impressive. 🙌
But if you just sit there nodding at the team size, you're missing the actual lesson.
Go back and listen to what those 15 people are doing. Transaction management. Listing launch. Client care. Recruiting. Marketing.
Database follow up. Monday meeting prep. Letter campaigns. Tracking activity metrics. Building the weekly reports she reviews.
Now line that list up against the education section above this one.
Which of those roles doesn't have an AI version coming in the next 18 months? 🫡
That's the real coaching moment.
Lourdes built a rockstar business with the tools that existed when she built it. And the tools that existed were… people. That's what the game looked like.
But if she was starting from zero in 2026 with what's available right now… how many of those 15 seats would still be seats? How many would be a Claude tab with a good prompt, a design system, and a follow up workflow that never sleeps?
This isn't a dig at Lourdes. She's playing her hand brilliantly with the cards she was dealt.
This is a question for YOU. Because what worked for the last 20 years isn't what's going to work for the next 5. ❌
Are you hiring people to do jobs AI will do in less than 18 months… or are you building systems that do those jobs while you sleep?
The next Lourdes isn't going to do $100M with 15 people. She's going to do it with 3.

[H]ow To: Get Your Content To Perform
If you’re active on TikTok like I am, you’ve probably noticed that TikTok recently opted all of its users into an automatic AI Remix option for every single video. Even more interestingly, to turn this option off, you have to do it one video at a time. 🫣
So, what is AI Remix? TikTok says it’s a feature that automatically gives other users permission to remix your content with AI, unless you explicitly opt out. Ironically (or maybe not), this comes just as Sora’s deletion is only days away. I believe this is TikTok’s attempt to take over Sora’s market with AI-generated videos. 📹
The reaction from users? Extremely negative. 😠 I think it’s one thing to create your own AI avatar and have control over it. But allowing random people on the internet to create content using your face, and make you do or say whatever they want, is extremely concerning.
Naturally, many creators are upset because their likeness can now be used without them earning a single penny. 💰 So how do you turn it off? It’s pretty easy, but if you’re an active poster like me, it can take a lot of time since you have to do it for every video individually.
To disable it: click on your video, tap the three dots in the bottom right, go to Privacy Settings, and toggle off “Allow AI Remix.” I do think this may have been a limited rollout to test the feature, as some people say they don’t even see the option on their videos. Still, it’s a good idea to double-check.
